We created these Bagel Pizzalettes because we believe gluten-free shouldn’t mean missing out on fun, nostalgic foods. Growing up, pizza bagels were the ultimate after school snack, and we wanted to bring that same joy back into our kitchen with a gluten-free twist. Using Canyon Bakehouse bagels gives us the perfect chewy base, and the cheddar adds that rich, melty flavor we all crave.
We also love how easy these are to make. In just a few minutes we can line a baking sheet with foil, layer on sauce, cheese, and toppings, and have a tray of golden, bubbly pizzalettes ready to enjoy. They’re perfect for a quick lunch, a family movie night, or even a party platter where everyone can top their own.
And because we’re using store bought gluten-free bagels and sauce, there’s no stress about making everything from scratch. We get all the fun of a homemade snack with the ease of ready made ingredients it’s proof that store-bought can be easy and still feel creative and fun.

Bagel Pizzalettes
Ingredients
• 4 Gluten-Free Bagels (any variety you like, we suggest canyon bakehouse)
• 1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara sauce)
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a blend if you prefer)
• Optional toppings: mini pepperoni, diced bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, or anything you like
• Cooking spray or olive oil (lightly coat the foil to prevent sticking)

• Baking sheet
• Aluminum foil (to line the baking sheet)
• Spoon for spreading sauce

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
• Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
• Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray or brush with oil to prevent sticking.
2. Prepare the Bagels
• Split the Canyon Bakehouse gluten-free bagels in half and place them cut side up on the foil lined baking sheet.
3. Add Sauce
• Spoon pizza sauce onto each bagel half (about 1–2 tablespoons per half) and spread evenly to the edges.
4. Add Cheese & Toppings
• Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on each half.
• Add any extra toppings you like (pepperoni, veggies, etc.).
5. Bake
• Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
• For a golden top, you can broil for 1–2 minutes at the end (watch closely!).
6. Serve
• Let cool for a couple minutes, then serve warm.
